Exactly what is covered

Frequency
Once a month, on the same date. You can also run a re-check yourself at any time.
What you get
A report listing every check that changed, the score before and after, and the likely cause where we can name one.
Alerts
An email when a check drops from Good to Needs work or Broken. Nothing for improvements, because nobody needs waking for good news.
What is not included
Fixing anything. Monitoring tells you, then you or your developer act. The playbooks cover the common fixes step by step.

What the history looks like after a few months

Every scan is kept, so you can show the trend to anyone: a developer, a client, or yourself in six months when you cannot remember what changed.

Your score history is a record of your own store over time. It does not compare you to other shops, and it does not predict what any assistant will do.

When not to buy this

If your products and theme rarely change, monitoring is not worth $29 USD a month to you.Run the free scan yourself after any change instead. It is the same scan, it costs nothing, and the report link keeps working. Monitoring is worth the price when things change often enough that something breaks between the times you would have thought to look.

Worth it if

  • You add or edit products most weeks
  • Your theme or plugins update automatically
  • Someone else maintains the site
  • You have just paid for fixes and want them to hold

Probably not if

  • The store has not changed for months
  • You have not run the free scan yet
  • Nothing is failing, and nothing is being changed
  • You would rather be told what to do than what changed

That last one is managed monitoring, where a person reads the report and writes what to do.
